Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PokerSingularity.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site and registering for the PokerSingularity Invitational, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

​

Participation is limited to individuals 21 years of age or older.

​

By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You have submitted valid government-issued identification

 

PokerSingularity reserves the right to deny or revoke entry if eligibility requirements are not met.

 

2. Tournament Entry

 

Registration grants entry into the PokerSingularity Invitational Online Qualifier Tournament.

  • Entry is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed

  • Registration information must match payment information

  • Failure to provide accurate information may result in disqualification

 

3. Payments

 

All entry fees are processed in Bitcoin via a third-party payment provider (OpenNode).

  • Payments are final once completed

  • PokerSingularity does not control or process payment transactions directly

 

4. Event Structure

 

The tournament will be conducted as described on the Site.

  • Online Qualifier: September 19–20, 2026

  • Live Final: October 22–24, 2026 (Curaçao)

 

PokerSingularity reserves the right to adjust dates or venue if necessary, with a comparable experience provided.

 

5. Travel & Expenses

 

Players are responsible for:

  • Travel

  • Accommodations

  • Food and personal expenses

 

PokerSingularity does not cover travel or lodging costs.

 

6. Milestone Rewards & Bonuses

 

Milestone rewards are based on entry order.

  • Entry positions are not disclosed prior to registration

  • All milestone determinations are independently audited

 

PokerSingularity reserves the right to substitute rewards of equal value if necessary.

 

7. All-In Bonus

 

At 5,000 total entries:

  • One player will be randomly selected

  • That player advances to the Curaçao Live Final

 

All players remain eligible for full tournament prizes.

8. Taxes

 

Winning players are solely responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or reporting obligations associated with prizes or winnings, regardless of jurisdiction.

All prizes and winnings are awarded based on their value at the time of award.



9. Limitation of Liability

 

PokerSingularity, SatsPay Financial Services Co. LLC, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the event or use of the Site.

 

10. No Warranties

 

The Site and event are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

​

 

11. External Services

 

The Site may link to third-party services, including payment providers.

PokerSingularity is not responsible for third-party systems, services, or interruptions.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

 

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updates.
